Crankcase is halved and almost all parts have been ripped off.
Distributor gear and main gear are still on the crankshaft.
They are not so easy to take away, the distributor gear has to be heatened, but how to take the main gear off...

Crankcase has been cleansed in a chamber washer.

Distributor gear and main gear are now off.
Distributor gear was heatened and taken off with a pull-out tool.
Main gear was pulled out after doing some filing to the bearing under it. It was not heatened.

Crankcase was machined to 1.5mm oversize.
Also a VW special tool no. 313 (engine stand) was installed to my workshop table so that the reassembly will be easier.
